RELEASE

I by these presents request permission to enter and use the facilities provided by Wonderview Farms, to participate in equestrian activities and the risks and dangers involved in participating in such activities. I know that horses by nature are easily excited and or frightened and that surprises and unanticipated dangers occur in such activities. In consideration of granting permission requested herin, I by there presents, for myself, my legal representatives, assigns and successors, assume all risks of loss and injury to my person and property that may occur or be sustained as a result of or in connection with my use of the facilities or or in participation in such activities. I discharge Wonderview Farms, it’s owners, it’s judges employees, volunteers, trainers, instructors and all participants in equestrian related activities on and about the premises hereafter referred to collectively as discharges, for injuries, damages and losses of any nature sustained by my person or property without regard to fault. I hereby represent and warrant that my use of such facilities and participation in such activities is voluntary and that I am not in any way an employee, servant, or agent of Wonderview Farms and that I have read and understood the contents of this RELEASE IF A PARENT OR GUARDIAN IS SIGNING below, the same agrees to hold harmless the the discharges from all liability resulting from the respective minor’s participation in such activities and agree to and make the statements herein on behalf of such minor.

WARNING UNDER COLORADO LAW AN EQUINE PROFESSIONAL OR AN EQUINE ACTIVITY SPONSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE BEHAVIOR OR UNPREDICTABILITY OF AN EQUINE, SURFACE CONDITIONS, COLLISIONS WITH OTHER EQUINES OR OBJECTS, FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OVER THE EQUINE, AND FAILURE TO ACT WITHIN THE PARTICIPANT’S ABILITY WHEN RIDING, DRIVING,OR BEING A PASSENGER UPON AN EQUINE, ASSISTING AN PARTICIPANT OR SHOW MANAGEMENT, OR RECEIVING INSTRUCTION OR RENTING EQUIPMENT, TACK ON AN EQUINE.
