RFVHC Member and Board Meetings - 2024
​We will be meeting in person this year. Can you offer your home or office for a meeting?

All meetings of The Board of Directors shall be open to the membership and the public. The Board of Directors shall meet no less then four times per calendar year and shall be empowered to carry out the following functions and duties for the organization:

• administer and manage its affairs
• adopt and amend Bylaws
• elect officers
• develop and implement policies
• fill vacancies of unexpired terms
• report activities by means of an annual report

• Our meetings are open to our membership.
